The director of this company ought not to be trusted. He is a landlord who has repeatedly shown no respect for his professional or moral responsibility to his tenants. He began building works in one of his properties, notifying none of the tenants that this would be taking place. These works, which do not have planning permission, have resulted in 5 months of drilling 6 days a week, all during the global pandemic when the tenants have had to spend so much time at home due to lockdown. During this period, the director of this company has also been increasing electricity rates without providing appropriate evidence. I would not trust anyone who shows such disregard for legal requirements and the welfare of their tenants, and I advise others not to trust him with your business. Avoid at all costs.

The director of this company is also a landlord, who doesn’t respect or treat their renters with any dignity. .Illegal rent hikes .changing of landlords without notification of the renter .doesn’t notify residents of intensive, and extremely loud construction work that takes places for the most part of each day . This is so loud that tenants are unable to work from home due to the noise . Subjects tenants to their communal entry spaces being filled with rubble, and the builders they hire not being respectful of mask wearing, social distancing. . un-notified electricity charge increases forced upon tenants .ignores requests for information

The director of this company recently became the director of our letting agency and started drilling under our flats - the noise has been going on for 5 months, 6 days a week. He won't respond to requests about what the works are or how long they might go on for and is just treating the tenants in the block with contempt. He also changed our electricity rates, increasing the costs over winter, and we're subject to the builders going in and out along the coridors not abiding to safety regulations and carrying buckets of rubble! Its unbelievable! Please avoid this company!

The director of this company is a landlord that doesn’t notify his tenants of significant building works taking place on his property and ignores requests for information. He changes electricity rates for tenants without notice (in the middle of winter in a pandemic!!!), subjects them to unbearable noise levels during lockdown making working from home impossible, and subjects them to unsafe living conditions with builders blocking up the communal entrance with rubble and not wearing masks or socially distancing.

I've been trying to help my friend Nell with some issues concerning her flat. M Choudhary is the owner of Grace Recycling, and also Nell's landlord. M Choudhary has refused to even acknowledge that he is responsible for the property, trying to pass it off onto the old landlord! Nell has phoned and and emailed, but has been ignored. Mr. Choudhary failed to notify Nell about incoming building work to the property, resulting in long term drilling and other noise issues, causing her to lose work because she couldn't teach over the noise. There were builders constantly in and out of the property, largely not wearing masks or socially distancing. On top of this, he illegally secretly increased the rent! IN WINTER DURING THE PANDEMIC!!
