I called today to discuss for my kia to be booked in for diagnostic check in for the weekend as I work Monday-Friday non stop so I wanted to be booked in for the weekend, the lady as I spoke to quite rudely and abruptly told me \No they do not work on the weekends!\. So I then asked if she was aware of any local kia dealerships that were open on the weekend she then again rudely responded to me that she was not aware of any other dealerships and that she couldn't help, I was appalled at the service I was receiving and response that I received so I then requested for her name and she would not provide this so I then again requested for her name she shouted at me saying it was STEPHANIE and spoke over me I then asked what was her role within the company and she lied and said she was the service manager even though I know the service manager.. Ironically at the end of the conversation after I threatened to leave feedback she said she can offer a courtesy car and I can leave the car during the week, this shows that she was already aware of a solution but she chose not to help me until in threatened to take it further.. This has knocked my confidence with this particular dealership and I would not use them again.

I would just like to say an enormous Thank You to Jason Moss and everyone at Kia Rochdale. I had been searching for an Kia Approved Optima Sports Wagon Auto in White for several months. Kia Premier Rochdale suddenly pop up with what I was looking for. I rang immediately. Spoke to Jason, put on a hold fee. Shot up to Rochdale the following day. Looked at the car, just what I wanted. Didn’t even test drive it. It was so perfect. Bought it there and then. Jason and everyone in the showroom were great very helpful, my car was delivered to my door on the Monday by Andy, who was so helpful, he even set my iPhone up. I would recommend Kia Rochdale to any one. Can’t fault the service, professionalism and communication/ follow up. I wish I lived closer so I could take it back for service ect. All sorted from late Thursday delivered Monday. I love my optima. Just need a five year old to teach this OAP with all the tech. Lol. Sorted all the important stuff though. Thank you all once again for all your help and dedication to your trade. Can’t fault Kia. We even still have our 12 year old Sedona as well. I would give more stars if I could

My car developed a fault which as a key worker was a real problem, John and Steph managed this issue and ensured the car was seen, repaired and quickly returned getting me back on the road. As we are all working differently and with limited staff during this period, this really was much appreciated. Thanks Kia (Steph, John and the amazing mechanic who fixed the car) for going above and beyond. Amazing service as always.
