Bought my first car with a dealer and marsh were the finance company. Decided to go direct for my next vehicle, The team explained everything that I could do and what vehicle value I could look for at my budget, found the car and everything was sorted very quickly. Andrew Allcock made the whole deal very easy and kept me informed the whole way through, every question I had Andrew responded very quickly and made sure that I understood everything at each step, Andrew is a credit to the business and I would recommend marsh to anybody looking for a new vehicle!

Dale is an absolute credit to your company and the only reason i refinanced with marsh for my new car even tho i must have done his nut in with all the questions and emails .Took his time made sure a i got the best deal i could and would highly recommend thanks again

My finance application was declined at the last minute because I live in a flat. Marsh finance originally said it was because I lived in a high rise flat but I clarified that my apartment block only has 6 floors so is not classed as a high rise, it was still declined. I'm completely confused but also extremely disappointed!

This has got to be the most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, basically I was a client of oakleigh cars Ltd, they arranged the finance with marsh finance, marsh finance paid out the finance to oakleigh cars Ltd, I was awaiting delivery of the car, it didn't turn up , and I had an email that day to say that oakleigh cars had gone into administration, I spoke with the manager of marsh who assured me that obviously as I hadnt seen a penny of the loan and had not taken possession of the vehicle obviously the finance would be void, a few months later and I am getting letters requesting outstanding payments on a loan I have not had on a car I do not have, I have tried numerous times to contact the manager and he is always on another call and they never return your calls or emails, its disgusting, they are fully aware of the situation, I have no option but to take the matter directly to the financial ombudsmen
