Molesworth are currently dealing with a power of attourney order for a house I am purchasing. The lack of update and no idea of timeframe is very poor! Accoring to our estate agents, Molesworth informed them that the property could be marketed and it would not take long! Due to the delays we have lost money through paying additional rents, storage costs and building and contents insurance payments!

Just used MBC to update our Wills and have also instructed the firm to do the conveyance on our house sale. We have found all the staff helpful and pleasant to deal with. Also we found appointments easy to book without much wait, important when leading busy lives. For people living in Rochdale and surrounding areas, its very well placed with lots of parking. If there was a 0 star that would still be generous. Tried to ring and speak to someone about 2 different things over 2 months. Never received a call back on any of the matters. One of the matters i got told at 10am to expect a call back later that afternoon, didn't get a call. Wasted all day when I could have just rang somebody else. Don’t waste your time.
