I blew my audio monitor (speaker) and had it repaired by John. He did the job extremely well. We didn't get there the first time but his commitment ensured that I was 100% satisfied in the end. Will call again for sure!
Spoke to John who called to collect our Sony Theatre Surround Sound System which was not working properly. He said he would check whether it would need a new laser or just a good clean and overall. Within a week it was back and as good as new. All this for a very reasonable price. His courtesy, service and professionalism are to be commended. Thank you QMTV.
