Regardless of these negative reviews I found these guys especially Sam to be more than knowledgeable in their products. After a brief conversation with Sam and me explaining what I required for my van he informed me that the same part was also fitted to another make of van and they were available (Rear brake caliper brackets for a Nissan primastar), The company took payment and said they would be sent by courier within 3 to 5 days, true to their word they arrived on the 5 TH day by DHL. After reading some of these reviews it is in my opinion that some people don’t know what parts they are ordering because they “only think” that the part is the correct one. So my advice is to check, check and double check that you are ordering the correct part, But if in doubt get the lads to “check it out”. Last but not least the parts that I purchased were 100% working so for them to be accused of sending out faulty parts must be nothing more than malicious and probably originating from poor competitors!! Well done guys and keep up the good work Regards Andy.

I wish i had read all the reviews . Shocking service never ring back rude abrupt staff . Parts arrived 3 days later than promised but refused delivery as lost all faith in company. Asked for a refund point blank refused just told me to claim off credit card company then slammed phone down. Please do not deal with these people they do not offer and customer service at all and just palm you off. I Actually felt quite intimidated by them.

Avoid Avoid biggest con men selling faulty parts, the reviews speak for their self these cowboys give other van parts a bad name, id rather buy from van parts in Manchester or van spares in dewsbury they are slightly more expensive but professional service

just recieved a call from theses as i ordered a gearbox over a week ago before reading the reviews n i cancelled my cards as it was a lot of money to lose if i didnt receive the item the gentle man spoke to me with attitude n swearing at me coz i didnt have money in my account for him to take i have got money in there but seeing what i read im not chancing it n i need gearbox last wk not this wk so people beware n dont buy frm him
