Very poor mannerism from the phone attendant (option 3). Called to book an appointment for next day front tracking and the lady asked for my name and address. I gave my name and postcode but she insisted on getting my full address. I asked why my address is required and she started telling me her job duties, I reminded her of my position as a customer and that I will appreciate it if she could give me a reasonable answer. I went further to suggest that the basic details to ask should be a name, mobile number and email address (if necessary). She went quiet and next thing was to hang up. I immediately called back 5 more times but no answer. I would like for someone to explain the reason(s) for wanting to collect address from a concerned customer who doesn't wish to give such info. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour from a confused and arrogant staff member .

Was very happy with the quick response and service. Well done Four Elms. I did prefer the office when it was attached to the work shop and suggest the outside office space be a waiting room only, especially relevant with covid19.
