OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I recently purchased a pre-owned boat from Boats Limited. The sales process was excellent and they even came out to value and collect my part exchange with no hesitation whatsoever. Unfortunately when you buy an item with moving parts, no matter how good the Pre-delivery inspection and service, unfortunately there is the potential for something to go wrong. This happened with my boat, but in these situations you see the true ethics of the retailer. Dan and Guy from Boats Limited could not have done enough for me. They offfered to lend me an alternative boat whilst mine was being repaired and indeed offered to swap boats on a permenant basis, but my preference was to keep my original purchase once repaired. The repairs were carried out, the boat thoroughly tested and then certain items (including the Turbo and Manifold) were changed to ensure that the boat was trouble free and it was again thoroughly tested each day for a week. The Company then let me use the boat from their marina over this last weekend to be sure that I was satisfied, before taking the boat to where we normally use her. Dan and Guy could not have done anymore in order to fulfil their desire to see me back on the water and very happy with my purchase, which of course I now am. I thought that such excellent levels of customer service had been abandoned by the retail market, but Boats Limited are an exemplary example of just how to look after your Customet. I am pleased to thoroughly recommend this Company to anybody considering buying a boat, no matter how large or small, new or used. Richard Hill Hockley Essex July 15 2018
