The best removal company we have used. Helpful and friendly and despite the snow they worked hardest all day. A great team. Made the whole day a better one because they genuinely care and give attention to detail. Professional and polite. Kept upbeat and worked great as a team to load and pack and dismantle and reassemble. Nothing seemed too much and any ask was met. Thank you so very much for making our move a memorable one.

This was the second time I have used the team and both experiences have been fantastic. This time it had been snowing heavily for two days. The team turned up on time and just cracked on despite the terrible weather conditions. At the destination property the lorry was struggling to get up the hill in the snow but the team found a solution. It's always stressful moving but the team do a great job in being polite, professional and keeping spirits high. Every single person in the team was great.

e used Smooth Moves to move from our house in Benfleet to North Fambridge and they have honestly been amazing from start to finish! We had Barrie come to give us a quote, and he was so friendly and professional in comparison to other removal companies we had received quotes from. They were also the best priced too! On the day we had Ronnie, Richard and Reece help us move house and they were amazing - so helpful, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. They made the whole process completely stress free, they worked so hard all day and really looked after all of our belongings! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone - they are brilliant thanks guys!
