Don't visit this place, worst customer service I've ever received in my life. Appears to be profiling customers as soon as entered very dismissive to my questions and giving cold shoulder. Workers seem more interested in huddling up to continue with their own conversation. I'm not a person to give reviews but these people triggered me because they happily served white customers that were in the store for less than 2 mins but when I asked to view the boot of a car they said they couldn't open for me due to COVID. Zero ratings for me!

The car I was interested in (E-pace Jag) was unfortunately sold online just as I was going to view it. That did not put the salesman Ben off. He was extremely friendly and most professional. He did not hesitate to show me similar cars. His knowledge was fantastic. My family and I did not feel rushed at all. The place was busy and I could see why. I'd had been to a previous Jaguar dealer where they did not make me feel half as welcome. I ended up buying a car online but I would thoroughly recommend this team over online purchasing any day. Well done Ben. You turned my disappointment into a positive..

Just purchased a new E-pace . Did not visit the showroom but dealt with the company online. I was help immensely by Holly and other staff. Couldn't have made the process easier. Very professional people and nothing was too much bother. They did their best for me and were able to match my budget.
