My partner and I love this place! As regular customers before lockdown we have visited twice since they reopened and they made us feel really welcomed back️all the staff here are lovely, always full of smiles and great to chat to. Thank you for continuing strong through all these uncertain times and providing us with an amazing place to climb! We really do appreciate your hard work!

This place and facilities is excellent, my children absolutely love it! It is such good fun for them. It would be a 5 * review for the facilities itself but the staff, cleanliness and inconsistent covid rules give me no choice to review lower. Staff on the front desk could be more polite and friendly, we booked and paid online for 2 adults and 2 children from the same household, we arrive and were told we wasn't allowed to climb with our children. Very disappointed that I was allowed to book and payment taken from me online, just be aware when booking adults are NOT aloud to climb with their children as stated on website. No mixing of adults aloud on the fun walls maximum of 6 guests but only children aloud to mix. So we went upstairs to watch the children and surprised to see 6 adults sat at a table having tea and cake and a birthday party in another room with at least 8 children and 4-5 adults. If you are going to have rules please ensure you keep them in place for everyone. Not just pick and choose. Finally, very important in a time of a global pandemic to clean and wipe down tables after guests have finished every table had used and dirty plates and cups on we had to wait and ask them to be cleaned. Apart from the poor attitude of front desk, the children love this place. Hopefully they'll improve over time as I do appreciate these unprecedented times are new for everyone and having to make adjustments.

Really fantastic experience first time climbing with my 5 year old daughter. Raj instructed us and was so patient, supportive, and had all the knowledge and enthusiasm needed to crack on with the day. Thank you! We’ll be booking again soon

Amazing place for a child's first climb. My 8 yr old had a great experience here and loved the fun session. I will be back to climb here soon. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Started in the bouldering room and got spat off some 'easy' routes but cruised up some harder ones. Nice style of setting! Went into the rope room after - wow! So nice and new still and basically had the place to ourselves. Some ace routes. Staff are welcoming and very nice, centre is great and I had a wonderful time. All I need is some new skin now!

Been twice now, once before covid and once after. Both times a real faff and long wait to do the competency test which can't be booked online. Ended up turning round and going to a different climbing centre as unable to offer a competency test for an experienced climbing friend. Maybe good for kids parties
