The place to go!! Im a novice so have no idea what I’m doing but that is not a problem as I was given all the help and time needed to walk me through the options I had in buying a shotgun. Really is top draw service.

Had the pleasure of buying from ROE today, couldn't have asked for friendlier or more helpful staff especially as a first time buyer. Rob helped me find a suitable rifle, went through all of its features and explained how to service it. He then proceeded to fill out all the required paperwork and explained what I needed to send off to Essex Police. Will be back again and again.

Highly recommend. Super friendly and helpful staff don’t push you into anything and able to assist you in anyway. I came here to get a second hand air rifle and they done me a great deal with scope and pellets. Sadly there was an issue with it and became faulty I emailed them and brought it in the next day and took it in and sorted me out a brand new one! Made a customer for life out of me I will be back for all my pellets and rifles!
