as you can see from the photos, there were manufacturing/ handling issues with the product. The guy who took the customer service request took 4 days to respond and basically accused me of being a liar. Giving 3 stars as they did offer a refund, but by this time the doors were fitted so uneconomical to return. I probably wouldn't use them again.

Absolutely spot on, no hidden extras. Fitter friendly and had the old door off and new on on and working in less than a couple of hours. Office staff very good and very responsive when questions asked. Possibly the cheapest in the UK, would 100% recommend these guys, pleased I got them to fit instead of having to spend probably all day head scratching,

Very good value for money, easy to fit. Arrived in good time. The company delivery driver very helpful and polite. As good as my neighbors door who paid nearly 3 times as much for his. Does not come with instructions but there is a video on the website witch shows you how to fit. And the customer service are very helpful. Highly recommended you will not be disappointed.

Poor Quality Roller doors I purchased the 55mm roller door and fitting it, within minutes the roller curtain bend and pulled apart due to the upper limit not working correctly. Th aluminium slats are basically sardine tin thickness with a very thin insulation layer. If you have anything of value in a garage/outbuilding, do not purchase these as not fit for purpose
