We decided to treat ourselves to the Neptune after having so many holidays cancelled. Best decision ever! We went with Roman Spas as they were not only great on price and choice but the customer services and aftercare provided by Nalam were second to none. She even responded to my queries on a Sunday afternoon! We are very happy with our new hot tub and would highly recommend Roman Spas.

I spent a long time reviewing hot tub companies and looking at reviews. I cam across Roman Spas who although only had a small amount of reviews, they are all positive and the prices sounded great. I contacted the office and was told I could have a Hot tub within 2 weeks. Other companies were advertising really long waits. I decided on an Apollo Hot tub with a full installation service and lift cover. With all of this, the price is still better than most companies. I placed my order and within a day I was told I could have the hot tub in less than a week, which was great. On delivery day, the communication was great. The guys that delivered turned up on time and got to work. Nothing was too much trouble. They were even screwing things off a garage door to make sure the hot tub would fit and then replaced everything they removed. They filled up the tub and explained how to use it and what to with all the chemicals. There was a fair bit of info, but they reassured us that we could call with any questions. In summary, a great service and great prices. Thanks Roman Spas.

Nalam has been so helpful before and after the hot tub arrived in answering our questions and checking how we are getting on. I just can't recommend Roman Spas enough - EXCEPTIONAL service from start to finish. This is my first hot tub and I therefore had some (what felt like) rather basic questions yet Nalam was so helpful and really made me feel valued. He was so helpful and always there for questions! The delivery team were lovely and having just had my first dunk, I'm already sure it's one of the best things I've bought. You can't beat the quality and excellent customer service, so make sure you use Roman Spas!

Outstanding service Our Saturn hot tub was delivered today and we couldn’t be happier. Nalam was so helpful, giving us lots of information to help us chose the right model and keeping us up to date on the process and our order. Really happy with our New Hot tub, what a great place to unwind and relax, 13amp plug n play so easy to install, bluetooth speakers are great and the built in lights just make it feel extra special.. we came across roman who out of the companys we called were by far the most helpful and polite, they even managed to get it to us, installed and filled within a couple of days ready for my sons birthday, bonus!! The two chaps that delivered and commissioned the tub were brilliant and were more than helpful with instructions for the after care.. one thing I would also recommend is a the cover lifter, so easy to lift it off and then back on after use.. thank you!! we now cant wait to have family round to share it with

From information given to me to help with my purchase to the constant contact with updates and super friendly people to deal with. Installation went perfectly and of course the hot tub is amazing!
