Chigwell Window Centre fitted a beautiful set of french doors for me. We were really torn on the design and colours we wanted to go for and Gary the salesman at collier row really helped us. We are so happy with the service we received and how quickly they come to fit it. My mum is now having bi-folds fitted on her extension after seeing what a good job they done at our house.

All around Horrific experience with this company. There were MANY things wrong with the windows fitted right from the beginning .The windows installed look cheap and old within a matter of months . The product is totally inferior. I gather they make the windows themselves somewhere in Hainault . A Cheap sealant used around the windows grew thick black with mould within weeks . There is Shoddy workmanship to be found in every single window installed . The roof over lower bay window is completely useless as one can see from the picture . A person from the company came and wrote up a report of the many things that were wrong and agreed to replace the bay roof ..never heard a dickie bird . Workers came to my home to carry out the installation topless and discarded cigarette butts around the garden . The front door was all wrong and had to be sent back so the front of the property had to be boarded up with plywood for days waiting for the correct door and There is more . Everytime I look at these windows Im filled with regret that we chose this company.
