Matt and Lee were fantastic from start to finish. Arrived on time, respectful of our belongings and were fast to get everything loaded up. At the other end they went above and beyond by even putting some heavy boxes in the loft. We couldn’t fault them and would recommend them to anyone.

*****************RUDE, RACIST & INCONSIDERATE Whilst i was taking my child to school they were parked in the middle of the road blocking me in this morning on Jubilee Road, Romford I patiently waited for a few minutes and sounded my horn to remind the driver of my presence. As a result of this your driver said words to the effect of \f##k off and be patient you c##t\. My daughter was present and there was no regard for this. Minutes later you finally moved your vehicle and i drove past when the driver called me a BLACK something something. I couldnt quite work out what he said exactly and my main concern was getting my daughter to school. I asked them passenger what he said and he looked sheepish and said nothing. I would never use this company or recommend them to anyone, i will be contacting your office and will be expecting an apology.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company - the whole team were fantastic. Kenny came to give us a quote and he was efficient, knowledge and friendly. Lynn was always so helpful every time I phoned and they were quick to bring extra packing materials when we needed them. But the removal men on the actual day were almost like superheros - they worked like machines all day but remained so helpful, friendly and cooperative throughout and went above and beyond. They were worth every single penny.

We used Essex removals to move from Essex to Cornwall last year and again to move our parents down recently the service they provided was second to none all the guy's we're professional polite and extremely hard working. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know. They showed particular care and attention in dealing with a family member who has dementia and Lyn in the office is was amazing to deal with, she was very understanding and helpful while we were trying to arrange dates that suited us. Thanks for making something so stressful so easy.
