Completely 100 pct honest. Could of easily advised me to replace entire exhaust system but chose to highlight a simpler and cheaper repair would suffice. I will definitely come back to fast lane for anything else I need in future and would wholly recommend them to anybody. Outstanding service. Thank you.

Initially bought lights off them via eBay which were faulty. They were an hour away from me so I drove up and they fixed the lights but offered no reimbursement even though I had to take the day off work. Upon inspection, the headlight washer cover was removed and wasn't placed back exposing wiring underneath it. I've now had to order another cover from BMW which costs 20 and have it painted and refitted. Waste of a lot of money and time. The people were friendly but that is outweighed by the lack of professionality I experienced

I wanted a different exhaust for my saab 93 aero. After dealing with them over the phone/email all week i got booked in for today. As soon as i arrived i was treated very well & very professionally. They helped me decide the best looking exhaust/custom fit box for my car. After approx 45mins i recieved a call to say it was finished & i am very pleased with how it looks now. The staff were all friendly/professional & willing to help in any way possible. I would definately recommend this place hence the 5 stars. Great job guys thank you so much.

Really unhappy with service I’ve received after reading a lot of positive reviews on this company. A few days ago I called in to tell the garage that I’m interested in getting my car wrapped, got told a price range and they asked me to bring my car in for them to have a look. I travel to the garage and they took over an hour just to have a look at the car and give me a price. Literally a 5 minute job to give me a price but they took over an hour to even attend to me. I had to ask three times before I was seen. The guy at the front desk wasn’t helpful at all. After being given a catalogue full of colour choices and finally getting a price to get my car wrapped, I was informed that I would be receiving a call on Monday with exact prices and to book an appointment. Monday came, no call. I waited all day until 5.30pm and then finally I gave them a call. The guy on the phone then informs me that they don’t offer full car wraps anymore and can’t help! It’s a joke. Total waste of my time and energy. Even at the garage, there was no customer service, or even politeness. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call a keen customer like myself to let me know that they’ve stopped doing wraps (two days after making me wait to get seen in the garage). I don’t recommend this place at all. Stay away.
