Wheelchair-accessible car parkWheelchair-accessible entrance
I went to this gym to join as a gym member because i am wheelchair user and they told me the gym is wheelchair accessible well that was true but there was not a single piece of cardio equipment for wheelchair user that i could use. So if you are wheelchair user and want to go gym don't waste your time checking this one out. Instead go and check out Everyone active in Romford or YMCA Gym they are specialised in accommodating people with special needs. Thanks

Leaving this post as an out of towner, first visit (needed somewhere to to train whilst visiting family for the weekend). Large gym across two floors, lots of free weights, cable machines and resistance machine, many cardio machines (but we don't bother with that do we?). Non intimidating atmosphere, mixed customer base. Staff are very friendly, happy to help and answered all questions in a courteous manner. Changing room has lockers (bring your own padlock). There's a fridge with bottled protein to purchase but nothing made on the spot. The best part was I went on their website and got a 3 day pass so I trained for free. I however did ask how much a normal day pass was, should I be passing again. When I heard it was 15 normally for a day pass I was shocked, but then again it is London prices.
Clean gym, loads of activities and nice staff working there
They are maintaining good hygiene and taking temperature on arrival
Great customer service, always greeted upon entrance. The machines are great and they offer classes too with your membership. Some say it's too expensive, I even payed for a Better Extreme Gym membership which is around 20 pounds cheaper but if I'm honest the price difference is completely worthit. Fitness first is an excellent environment to better yourself in, if you can afford it.
