Charged me for full head surgery but still they left few areas and they said to me come back for another surgery if u want and pay some more money. Very bad experience and waste of money.

I was first a bit sceptical about the hair transplant surgery in general but then after some reading online i decided to go for it. I have visited a few places around Essex and found the price was attractive in this practice. However I still was unsure why is the price here a lot cheaper then in some other practices in Chelmsford. So I booked an appointment to speak to Dr Vishal. He explained me the entire process of the surgery and it was very reassuring. I decided to go with HGC. I have to say that on the day of the surgery everything vent nice and smooth, I was taken very good care by the personal. I was very clearly explained how to do the aftercare and all the other details. So far I am still recovering after the surgery, but it looks good and feels good so far. With my experience so far I would definitely recommend this place

I had my surgery last year 29/12/2019. I was a bit nervous at the start but I have to say that from the moment I stepped in they've made me feel at ease all throughout the procedures. Special mentions to Nandini and Dr Vishal for taking excellent care of me. Well after 9 months i can say they did a brilliant job....Highly recommended

Today I came in for PRP injections in the Romford hair growth centre. The whole process was very smooth and pain free. My technician Pradeep was very nice. Dr Vishal was very informative and helpful. Amy on the front desk also kept me updated and was very friendly. I would definitely come back for further treatments in this place. It was also very clean and I felt safe which is the most important thing.
