Such amazing service from Heidi, so helpful and got me an amazing deal for Disney Florida! Even better the after sales team managed to switch my flight to an earlier one which was my preference anyway! Highly recommend!

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE OFL20025496 Booked package holiday, paid in full. Holiday cancelled due to COVID. Initially promised refund within the statutory 14 day obligation. Heard nothing. Called Ocean Florida’s to be told refund would be processed within 90 days. Not happy but accepted the explanation. 4 months passed. Heard nothing. Ocean Florida then advised that I would need to wait and my refund would be processed in Nov 2020 !!!! Really not happy but again, trusted that they would stick to they’re (David Rose, manager) promise. November arrived, still heard nothing and now advised that I will need to wait until 21st January 2021 for a refund to be issues. Absolutely fuming. So much unnecessary stress. Countless lies and promises. Absolutely disgusting. Very quick to take deposit and harass me for balance to be paid and look how they treat the consumer when something goes wrong. PLEASE, PLEASE don’t book with this company. No interest in resolving issues for customers. Best to book with a larger, more reputable company. The majority are now refunding customers within 14 days. I’ve had no option but to escalate this case to the Competition and Markets Authority (the CMA). I will update in January 2021 of any developments.

Was due to go to Florida 25th August was cancelled obviously end July i told them I wanted a refund to be told it will be processed! Month or so after heard nothing for me to contact them to be told refund by November, it's now November and I had to contact them again to now be told the time frame is 8months from cancellation and will be guaranteed by end of March. ABSOLUTELY FUMING THAT THEY ARE HOLDING NEARLY 9000
