Very happy with the service here. Took it in as management light came on and had a few issues with power etc. Turned out it was all still covered under warranty and all the work was done with no charge. The courtesy car they provided whilst work carried out was also a really lovely car. All round, really good experience.

Thank you for your service. I am giving you 1star because, I feel you need a little work with customer service. Being a small dealership doesn’t mean you should make customers feel uncomfortable. I find it wrong for you to have stated to me you wouldn’t deal with my insurance and asked I pay for the repair and claim it from my insurance but turn around to put a claim with my insurance after I had paid for the repair myself. When I asked why your did that, you said your boss put the claim through and that you can refund me of what I paid when the insurance pays you the claim. Very unacceptable. I asked my insurance to stop/cancel the claim you put in and explained to them. Really sorry but as a loyal Mazda customer, I am never using your dealership ever again. I am sorry Mazda took my car to you because I honestly wouldn’t have used your dealership. Please, let your staff get trained by the Mazda team in TW WHITES AND SONS- Orpington. Customer service, openers and honesty goes a long way. Thank you.

Absolutely FIRST CLASS Service from start to finish. Dean was extremely helpful from the time I started hassling him about the car right up until the date of collection and beyond. Service was so good almost bought the car again!!! If you're going to buy a car this is the experience you want. Can't rate highly enough 11/10, 110/100. Many Thanx again Dean. Cheers Mike.

Pads fully worn and had to be changed on a year old CX-3 that had only covered 4500 miles. Yeah OK!? They don't have a clue what customer service is. Glad I didn't buy the CX-3 from here or the CX-5. Avoid.... there are better Mazda dealers out there worthy of selling and maintaining Mazdas.
