Second time buying a Mini from Harold Wood Sytner and great service as always. Louis was extremely helpful and nothing was too much bother. Very happy with my new Mini!

Bought a used Mini John Cooper Works without viewing the car so I was putting a lot of trust in the garage that the car was as described.... Must admit I was a little apprehensive but I needn't have been. When it arrived (Delivered to my door) It looked stunning and was every bit as good as I expected! Big thanks to Terell and all the team at Harold Wood Mini. Nothing was too much trouble including multiple video requests! I wouldn't hesitate to come back for my next Mini. Thanks again :)

Always an excellent service both for the customer and for the vehicle. Stephen Silk was the advisor and kept me in the loop the whole time my car was in the garage - could not be faulted for his amazing customer service.

I purchased my Mini back in November and it has been the best decision I’ve made! I love the car, such a smooth drive and the customer service at Mini exceeded my expectations. From his initial greeting via video Harvey was genuine and welcoming - I thought the welcome video was a great touch in current climate! The whole experience of purchasing my Mini felt very personalised and that was definitely down to customer service. I felt much more comfortable and confident that I would find the right car for me. Harvey answered all of my queries promptly and also kept in regular contact to give me updates on my Mini. I would definitely recommend Mini to anyone interested!

A few weeks ago I took my car to Sytner Harold Wood as I had an issue with the start/stop button; they charged me 99 (I cant tell you what they did, but they DID NOT CHECK OIL LEVEL OR COOLANT) to find a fault and after they couldn’t find any problem so suggested further investigation which would cost another 179. I needed my car so I asked them if I can take my car and if it’s okay to drive, they said yes it’s okay so I took my car. Then, on the drive home, I broke down in the middle of the road so I needed to call a tow truck to drag my car to another garage where they noticed I didn’t have any oil in my car!! How can an official mini service centre operate by not checking the cars engine oil levels?! I was lucky there was no damage and that I had it towed to a garage, where they instantly saw I had hardly any coolant and NO OIL!!! I tried to contact Chloe from mini who was dealing with my car but it seems whenever I call her she is busy and never called me back. Very professional... a simple apology and some courtesy is all I wanted. I also took my car in January to Sytner as I needed to change the tyres and I asked do I need to change the oil and filters as I just bough the car, but I was told no you don’t need to until you will see service signal (which never came up). I am really upset and disappointed as I expressed concern about oil and filters; but was assured its fine as the light didn’t appear.... I am genuinely confused and concerned that no one took my concerns and noted them and that an engineer who was investigating under the hood didn’t notice a completely dry oil dip stick and mostly empty coolant reservoir!!! Utterly disappointing and unprofessional. Again, after taking the car twice, not once was oil level checked and the engineer missed the mostly empty coolant reservoir!! When i got to the garage i was towed to, he popped the bonnet and instantly pointed at the coolant and said thats needed, then he checked oil stick and was shocked!!
