Unfortunately my experience with Rood Signs was diabolical from start to finish... Their communication with customer and time keeping is non existent which I hoped they would make up for with quality of work. Unfortunately this was not the case when we collected the our car we discovered large sections of the design missing, parts done in totally the wrong colours and generally just a very poor standard of application and cutting with rough exposed cuts all over the place and air bubbles in other places. I spoke with Ken who was happy to have the issues sorted out so we got the car back in only to have what was supposed to be a 2 day booking turn into 8 days with no communication from Rood Signs to let me know or to apologise. when we did eventually get to collect the car there was still many mistakes. They managed to make the design different in either side of the car for starters.... when brought to the attention of the staff they all responded in the same way that it was nothing to do with them. we did get it sorted in the end but it was extremely hard work. I feel sorry for Ken as he seems to be the only one interested in the reputation of the business and is being totally let down by everyone else around him from the rude and unhelpful receptionist to the workers that don't want to take responsibility for any issues. I would attach some photos to show that I am not exaggerating but unfortunately that's not an option when leaving feedback.
