Had a lovely 3 day break in the area as visiting friends who stay in the village. Tessa could not have been more helpful from my initial enquiry to checking out. Accommodation gave us everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of interesting information provided about the surrounding area and recommendations for eating out etc. Would happily stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

We really enjoyed staying at room@thestores. It was a really nice place to have as our base whilst exploring all the interesting places that the area has to offer. The owners advice was appreciated especially for our day in Lincoln - drive to Methringham - park free - get the train into the city and get a taxi up the hill to the Cathedral. A bonus is having the pub just 5 minutes walk down the road with a good, reasonably priced menu and pleasant staff ( note closed on Mondays ) We are looking forward to going back in the Spring and exploring the area further.
Beautiful and well kept, hosts could not be more perfect. Very thoughtful. A great stay.
