I'm still waiting for recieving a voucher for both english course and accomodations for two weeks already paid for my children, having asked for a cancellation 3 months in advance. No feedback form school and much time and money wasted right now. Unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from a well known school in London. I suggest everyone not to book english courses in this school.

The reply sounded nice! But my email was ignored for several days then after chasing up- \Sorry we don't have old database\ Aha!!!. I'll stick to my previous comment: A school without saved archive is NOT a firmly established one- Give me your money I give you few lessons and then best wishes for both sides
