My first visit to the practice was as pleasurable as a visit to the dentist could possibly be. All of the team were friendly and reassuring, the premises felt clean, safe and comfortable. If you live in Rossendale and need dental care, I would recommend them wholeheartedly
Pleasant and helpful administrative staff. Use of patients' email or text number for appointments and reminders is a relatively new innovation and is helpful. Professional, knowledgeable and supportive hygienist offering useful information on maintaining good oral hygiene. Experienced dentist easily conveying confidence and up-to-date knowledge of practise.
Clean and safe place .Friendly staff make you feel comfortable and put you at ease talk through everything there going to do .I saw hygenist she does a very good job pleased with my treatment .
I am a New patient and was very impressed from the very first telephone call. The receptionist was very efficient and caring towards my predicament and made me an appointment explaining costs etc., as I am not on a dental plan and forwarding a health questionnaire which I needed to complete. On arriving for my appointment I was made to feel welcome and their care plan was explained in more detail and I completed the direct debit. Felicity the dentist and her dental nurse were very welcoming and efficient, Felicity explained a course of treatment going forwards. The website is very good and user friendly, overall I was very impressed as especially checkups were cheaper than I previously paid and the discount for any other treatment which is included in their plan is a bonus.
