Excellent speedy service. Beautiful storage baskets and a super dog bed that our dog took to immediately. All items arrived in very good condition and exactly as expected if not better. It's hard to appreciate quality until you see it but Kosmopolitan certainly know where to find it. Would recommend this on-line retailer without hesitation.

I bought the rocking horse for my grandchildren and they absolutely love it !I keep it in my living room and never put it away because it's so beautiful to look at. Inspired by the quality of the product and customer service, I decided to treat myself. My herbs are now in 2 beautiful planters, no more ugly plastic pots.My shopping basket is the envy of my friends, I think they'll be ordering too. And I now have a log basket which I'm proud to show off by the fireplace. There are so many fabulous things on the KB website, I'll be back.
Beautiful products which you don't know you need until you walk into the store... I left with quite the collection and use them every day - for shoe storage, as a beach bag, for my cat to curl up in. Great customer service and I'll be going back for sure!
