They are amazing and very friendly staff. Also helped me out when I was in need of an emergency flight by going the extra mile making sure I would get to my destination hassle free. Would definately recommend their service.. Don't just take my word for it. Give them a try

These lot are mocking it. Not ABTA registered. Sweet and nice when trying to get your money, snakes once theyve got it. Not very Apna ... Is it? Disingenuous business practises. Not impressed. Would not recommend. Also terrible phone etiquette. AVOID!!!

Horrendous Service. STILL NO ABTA OR ANY OTHER INSURANCE!!!! YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE!! NO PROTECTION AGAINST AGENT OR AIRLINE PROBLEMS!??? BE AWARE. APNA TRAVEL were a nightmare with my mother in law. STAY AWAY.

ABSOLUTELY disgraceful service.Really rude staff and owner. My mom had a AWFUL experience with unhelpful staff and owner. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!
