Excellent service, just recently brought a used car. I have dealt with two sales person there and they were great. Erica who I haven't met in person was very patient and lovely and Josh. He's an asset to the business, He is very organised and great at what he does. I would highly recommend.

Relatively helpful , when buying a new car No effort made to make sure disabled spaces are for those who are disabled. Dont expect the sales staff to know that the car comes with ,you're expected to know that and do your own research and if its missing anything then its your own fault. Wanted to test drive a car, had Covid used to justify that you could only have a 10 min drive at best and the person you came with and who I live was not allowed to come.with me but could.go.out on there own?? Boggles the mind how unhelpful this is when looking to speed a lot of money. Will take my business elsewhere and would advise others to do the same.

Very happy with the deal I got recently when I sold my car to them. The whole process from getting a quote on line, booking my appointment and completing the deal was very simple and I believe I was given a very fair price. Josh was great and made me feel at ease throughout. There were no hidden charges either.

Worst dealership and company I ever dealt with, Bought a car cash with extended warranty which was delivered with a broken right spring and faulty interface unit. Evans Halshaw unable to fix monitor as not under peugeot jurisdiction, they identified the broken spring. Evans Halshaw not happy for them to fix it so had to book it into Evans Halshaw vauxhall in middlesbrough. Took the car in and collected the car first time, nothing had been done as no parts available. Had a call saying the parts were in so booked the car in again, dropped the car off. had a call an hour later saying parts Weren't in stock. Ive had the car 6 weeks and its been in the garage 3 times without resolving the issue. Rang Rotheram branch and spoke to head of sales explaining the situation and requesting a refund on the 2 year warranty as they are unable to fully provide warranty cover for a Peugeot. He said thats fine however I will not receive a refund. This is is the worst company I have ever dealt with, from start to finish at every point it has been terrible. I bought a car from Evans Halshaw and took a warranty for ease and peace of mind. It has been the total opposite, I will have no further dealings with this company. Do not buy a car from Evans Halshaw.

She was friendly, very efficient and seemed keen to help the whole process of booking my car in for its MOT and Service a good, safe experience. Thank you Becky. Also Rob, technician/ mechanic who clearly 'thought out of the box,' to try and help me sort out constructing a small appliance to make the parcel shelf in my boot safe .
