Had problems doing my grandsons Pass Port application, a massive thank u to Steve (long hair) who helped me out, told me what i needed to get and do, didnt make me feel daft, then made me another appointment and help me complete it. fantastic service by Steve x
Rather busy atmosphare however excellent customer service. To enhance prompt service delivery they have quick self service counters as well where one dedicated customer assistent is available to provide help when needed.
