Shocking service, dodgy, short cuts taken on everything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I'm surprised they still trading. They should be shut down because they are a liability. Nearly killed our business with the rubbish truck. Give you an idea we had the truck 6 weeks and broke down 4 times costing us money and nearly the contract. You have been warned. Did we get any money back ? NO. The 6 week period we was with them I saw 3 fitters come and leave as I said bad bad bad company and don't care unless they are making money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a terrible experience with them and it is shocking they still run business normally with their fraudulent business practices. We had ordered a man truck from them and had requested for it to be shipped to Kenya. We were specifically dealing with a man named Nathan and it was very unfortunate how he dealt with us. So we had requested for him to give us the actual measurements of he truck in order to know the shipping costs and he exaggerated the measurements so that we could pay more and he could pocket the extra for himself. Not only did he lie about the measurements, when he was sending the QISJ and the shipping order, he literally hid the costs by placing paper over the costs so that we could not see. The nerve!!! i have attached the pictures below. In addition to that, when the truck arrived, it had to stay in the port for an extra 23 days because he had not sent the original documents of the truck, to be used for customs clearance. Meaning we had to incur hefty port charges that we had not budgeted for. During that period of time he was unreachable, he did not pick any phone calls or respond to any emails thus we were left stranded and this was what he used to do. The only time he would be available was only when it was to his convenience and when he wanted to be paid. Eventually we had to threaten him by mentioning the Consumer Rights Laws and that we would take action if he did not act on the matter. That is when he became responsive but still he ended up sending us copies and not the original documents. With that being said, it is not advisable to use this company's services at all, to save yourself the trouble.

Don't use this company i had bought a freezer body of my choice then they forced me to take a different one which was less price and not of my choice. Refused to refund the difference and delivered incomplete job.They will play with you especilly when they know you are from abroad.God will pay back !
