Our insurer would not attend site to conduct our statutory LEV test due to the Covid situation. My enquiry was quickly dealt with and a date booked for someone to come out. The engineer was polite and informative and we quickly got the report to cover the visit. Very happy with how quickly and efficiently it was dealt with.
