Visited today with my wife , Tuesday 15/09/20 , the time was about 3.30. Hot summers day, the place was busy. The lady at the reception / cashier was there at the time mentioned. We showed interest in couple of item, one was damaged, asked of we could make offer, so she could ask owner or see if \making offer\ was acceptable. She refused to do so, was very unhelpful rude , dismissive and very arrogant. We couldn't go down to her level, and despite the rude treatment, made other purchases and left. The lady serving customers at that time and date, was /is a great let down and disgrace,to an otherwise a decent place and staff. But her exceptionally rude and harsh mannerism was a shocking.
