Well some months after buying my car at Rowes I took it to another main dealer for a safety check. Informed me that the under trays are missing. I queried this with Rowes at the time of purchase sales said that under trays definitely not fitted on this model... NOT TRUE. Lesson learned I should have known better.. very disappointed with them

Helpful and friendly staff but not very competent. I have an issue with my CR_V which didn't use any oil for the first 12,500 miles but after its first service this dramatically changed and the oil consumption became very heavy and erratic. I called into Rowes last May and reported the problem to Richard who said he'd speak to Honda and get back to me. He didn't, so I went back in August and he repeated that he'd contact Honda and get back to me. He didn't, so I called again in the new year and spoke to Jill who told me Richard had left and she could find no record of him having contacted Honda. I explained the history of my problem and she made copious notes and told me she'd contact Honda. I booked the car in for its annual service and to have the fault investigated. On the appointed day I arrived to discover that Jill wasn't there, the job sheet was for the service only and didn't mention the investigative work, and the gentleman who served me couldn't find any record of the fault I'd now reported three times. Having been told three times by two different people that they would take advice from Honda, the gentleman did come up with an alternative strategy: I should take the car to their Trispen branch, but I'd need to wait a month before doing so. The staff do seem to genuinely want to help and I can only surmise that their inability to get anything done is down to breathtaking incompetence.

It was such a pleasure doing business with this sales manager Andy. most helpful from start to finish and happy to answer any questions did not feel under preasure at anytime . . Good ambassador for Rowe's and Honda . The day we picked the car up it was spotless and ready to go once again a big thanks to Andy and Dan. Change over went smoothly
