What an absolute gem of a garage! I stumbled upon it as it happens to be near to somewhere I work periodically, and will be using them as "my garage" from now on. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are sensible and less than the extortionate charges at a main dealer for my out of warranty BMW. Most recently, the turbocharger on my car gave out on the motorway. They diagnosed the likely issue on the phone, squeezed me in the following day to confirm the problem and then bent over backwards to source another turbocharger and fit it within a week for less than half of the quoted main dealer price. I would highly commend them to anyone.

I bought a Mini Cooper SD at the beginning of the summer, it was the best buying experience I've ever had. The sales process and after care were exemplary. I wanted to wait a while to see how the car was, before leaving a review, but 4000 miles in I can safely say it's the best car I've ever owned. I'd buy another car from them in a heartbeat and even though it's an hour drive I'll be getting it serviced there as well.
Very helpful garage. They have diagnosed and sorted out my BMW 520d touring on quite a few occasions and done great job. They also gave me honest information of what jobs needed to be done to the car and how essential it was. I would recommend Halls to anyone!

Spoke to Jon on the off chance he could look at my van to carry out emergency brake repairs. Managed to squeeze me in that afternoon and I had it back later that evening. Only had the van off the road for an afternoon which was invaluable. An extremely professional and friendly business. Will now be using for all future work. Highly recommend.
Just had my old BMW Motorbike mot d here. Very helpful , the bike passed fine with some small points to keep an eye on. There is a very good café next door, just enough time to pop in for a cuppa and piece of cake. They have invested in all the latest diagnostic equipment, tool etc.
I've had my Micra and Audi serviced here recently. They did a great job, very reasonably priced and took time to talk me through the work they'd done. Great service.
From the minute I walked into this garage I knew I was in safe hands! What I didn't realise was how much time I would need to spend there. H E Hall Rowlands Castle provide the best service I have ever experienced and the type of service you dream of if you have a limited knowledge and understanding of cars. On my first visit I saw the owner Paul explain technical things to an old lady giving her the reassurance she needed with the patience of a saint. During a five week period, during which my car was mysteriously unwell, the team did everything they could to solve the problem and stay in contact with me. They invested heavily in identifying the problem but also worked to make it economically viable for me. When it was agreed that the car was a write off due to the fault the owners Paul and John talked me through my options in plain english with my best interests very much at heart. I ended up purchasing a car from them, which they have been more than generous making sure is safe and well on the roads. They were also really patient and helpful while I raised the finances and did everything they could to help. With various things I had now had dealings with just about everyone in the team and they are absolutely lovely, from owners Paul and John, to Jack the Apprentice, to Zoe on reception. If you choose HE Hall you will be in very good hands and will become like family! I can't rate them highly enough and will always be going back to them!
