Excellent service throughout from a lovely couple who obviously care about what they are sourcing for their customers. I couldn’t be happier with the Steinmayer piano I purchased from them. I really did get what they had promised as the transaction was done over the phone. There was no pressure to purchase but I was well informed and Sacha and Sally really did deliver! Communication was great throughout and the delivery was prompt and straightforward. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as I felt they were really honest and passionate about what they were selling.

I purchased a beautiful Steinbach piano from Sacha and Sally at Rowlandson pianos, the service was amazing as the communication was excellent and a superfast delivery. I ordered the piano online without viewing and the piano exceeded my expectations, it sounds/plays and looks amazing. I would highly recommend this company they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Absolutely fantastic people collected the grand piano from Leeds and delivered to Ossett and brought downstairs and installed it in my newly renovated basement. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough
