I placed an order on the 5th! And now I’m getting told (after me chasing) that the items are not in stock (its only the 23rd now) they have failed at the very basic customer service level of letting someone know that the order is going to be delayed…. and when you do finally get to speak to someone the careless attitude that is portrayed makes the experience 10x worse shopping with plumbing world. If your able to wait months for something to be delivered. or if the item is out of stock but your not bothered wherever the company tells you or not then feel free to give these guys a try.

I've given the 1 star, only because the staff are polite, wanted to return a shower tray and replace it with another one, they are willing to take the order for the new one and another 70 deliver. However, they refused to pick up the old item at the same time as dropping off the other new one, told me to sort out my own courier, (not very practical taking into account the environment) for the return, unbelievable!!!!! It would not have taken much for their own courier to have picked up the old one, bet they are in the yard loading everyday. The joke is they would have picked it up for free if it was damaged. However, I've been told if I open the package I cannot send it back, it cannot be replaced if the packaging has been removed, unless it is damaged!

Terrible service. Sent incorrect items which they assured me were the same as what i ordered. Now over 2 weeks later i am still chasing a refund. Complete joke.
