Took bike in after it cut out and wouldn't start! Told them I'd researched it and it would be the Hall Sensor. They told me it wasnt and needed an ECU, I bought that and delivered it to them and it made no difference. They then researched and found it WAS the Hall Sensor, which I again bought and had delivered! Bike was taken in with all fairings removed and they still charged over 500!! Wont be using again, 90 an hour labour and they take as long as they want! Should have done it myself, lesson learnt!!!

Hi I just want to share my buying experience with you. I was looking for a BMW S1000RR Sport so I emailed 3 dealers, one was a Honda dealer, one a independent dealer and on was Roy Pidcock BMW. The Honda and indy dealer dismissed my offer via email. I then got a call from David Shaw. After speaking to David, immediately I was impressed with his manner. I secured the vehicle immediately with a deposit. David explained to me that as it was an approved BMW I would get a 2 year BMW warranty, roadside assist, the bike would have its first MOT and will be serviced. I was impressed with David's professional conduct. Dave kept me informed all the way and I collected the BMW on Monday the 1st of June. Upon entering the showroom in Long Eaton I was greeted a little rudely by a man sat behind a desk asking what I wanted, I explained to see David. Dave came over and took over. Dave needs to be thanked on behalf of BMW FOR HIS BRILLIANT CONDUCT AND SENSE OF HUMOUR. I will be returning in 2 years to buy a newer model all because of David's attitude, he is a credit to BMW and if more salesmen were like him you would sell a lot more bikes. Regards Mark

My partner called today and there were 6 sales personnel and not one made eye contact or spoke to him. He was there with a view to purchasing a motorcycle and no one paid him any attention. Very poor customer service he won’t be going again.

We had a great experience buying a new to us, bike. I couldn't fault the staff they are friendly and very helpful and the bike is brilliant with full backup from BMW. Spot on.
