Could be way more helpful. Rushing people over the phone and being dismissive will not get you anywhere.

No telephone answer in any department. If you have a query you have to travel to the embassy to get an answer. No guarantee you will have any success Customer customer service a very bad no telephone answer

God bless the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This embassy will help anyone not just Saudi Arabian. Also, they gave their people any kind of helping.

Rang twice in 2 days, both times on hold for over an hour and then they end the call. Hours wasted and no further forward. To call the customer service absolutely shocking would be a compliment. It is none existent. All the positive reviews are clearly paid for. For this to be attributed to the royal embassy is an embarrassment. Learn from these reviews and dont bother calling.

Rang multiple times before and no answer, today I had an answer but the staff seems to not know the updates about travelling to Saudi in January even though it was on the government official website. He also was not very helpful.
