A&E is a busy department that gets slated all the time for the long waiting times, my opinion of this over stretched service, which is a UK wide problem and not just an issue with this particular hospital is that it certainly isn't as busy as neighbouring Cardiff or Bridgend hospitals. The Doctors and Nurses do a great job at this place, when we need them most.
