joke service... was recommended by 111 as my mouth and was in pain and swollen under the chin. When I got to A&E the lady there said through the window I don't see much swelling. She made me feel like I was making a mountain out of a molehill. I left and rang 111 and asked them what to do they insisted that I should go to A&E as the symptoms were high risk to my airways. I went back and insisted and the woman turned me away. No empthy for the pain and problem I was having and very dismissive without having a look. She said I needed to have swelling up to my eye for me to see someone, even though the swelling is under my chin and the pain is under my tongue. I never write reviews or criticise service, but I cannot believe how bad they treat people who are feeling vulnerable and in need.

Receptionists are lovely, very very helpful and considerate. Staff dealt with everything quickly, seen and treated within two hours.

Not happy at all! Doctor forget the patient's name from check list and left patient waiting whole day!!! Not responsible and people from different shift just pushing away duties

Not happy with the NHS staff I went there at 1.00 am came back morning 9.30am too see my hand as I broke my bone and it’s fractured. The nurse don’t know what to do as doctor is not there they kept me waiting and waiting finally they plaster and sent me home as doctor is not here they said they’ll call me for a appointment. NHS needs to wake up
