i don't know who's delivering up Kerrera terrace just now in the van but they last week parked in my neighbours driveway while she was out and delivered parcels and then today decided to park in the disabled parking spot while he again delivered parcels. Maybe he needs training in his highway code as parking on someone private driveway and a disabled parking spot without a bluebadge is unacceptable.
