The last review didn't reflect my experience. When I arrived I thought the place looked packed and the line was 15 long but I was registered within 10 mins, seen within 75 and left within 90. There's WiFi provided. Seemed very reasonable to me.

Avoid the Urgent Care Center (which is run by Vocare, a private company as opposed to the majority of A&E which is run by the NHS Trust). In the UCC, I was seen by a nurse who was apathetic and rude. The Urgent Care Center are rated as "requires improvement" but the CQC. The UCC is unsafe, ineffective and not well led according to the CQC report available online.
