Dexter is a fantastic, friendly and very professional PT. He creates well structured classes, gives 100% of his focus into making them challenging while keeping people motivated. The Zoom classes have been perfect during lockdown, very reasonable pricing and I hope to get to a live session, when the rules allow. Highly recommended! Thank you Dexter!

Great class! I joined while visiting the UK with a friend who goes regularly, had never done a bootcamp class before. Dexter was very positive and encouraging, I felt welcome in the class by him and the other students. Also, first class was free. Beautiful setting in Orwell. I'd recommend for any fitness level.
