I hadn't been to a dentist for far too long - part fear of the process, part fear of the cost. The check up was quick & easy, everything was explained to me, & cost options discussed before we worked out what would happen at the next appointments. Really happy to have healthy teeth again!

Following a hygiene check up and being very impressed with the level of service received I chose Royston dental suite to help close the gaps in my upper teeth. I have always been quite self conscious about my teeth, but never fixed it due to being unsure about which practise to go with. In just over 4 months, the brace are off and I’m really happy with the end results. Shikha and her team provided an excellent service throughout,and were very supportive when I had any questions about the treatment. I would highly recommend them.
A well deserved 5 stars for Royston dental suite!! If I could give more, I would. Just joined this practice and the treatment we have received so far has been fantastic. Lovely dentist, and dental nurses and a lovely receptionist too :) Our dentist is very thorough and discusses everything with you. She is very relaxed with her patients and puts you at ease. She is fantastic with children too. Our 2 1/2 year old had his first dental checkup yesterday which went very well and he got a sticker for being so good :). I highly recommend Royston Dental Suite. Best dentist I have been too :)
Not a good experience. The place was very cluttered and messy. I went for a check-up and cleaning, but the dentist barely did any cleaning. She said I needed a small filling, and I was nervous about having it done here, but I thought - what can possibly go wrong with just a small filling? I was WRONG. The dentist put in so much filling material that my bite is all wrong now and I can''t close my mouth properly. I mentioned this, but the dentist just said that it will wear away with time. I think this is nonsense - any other dentist I've been to has performed resurfacing after putting in a filling. My whole face is sore and I can't sleep, and I plan to take a day off from work tomorrow to get an appointment with another dentist who can hopefully sort this out.
I attended for a dental exam, hygiene session and stain removal. The surgery sent multiple emails to remind me to be on time and I arrived 30mins early. The dentist however was 15mins late. It was supposed to be a 20minute appontent but it turned out to be 10 minutes. I timed it. The dentist had no bedside manner, I experienced a lot of dental pain afterwards and the result was substandard. I would’ve been atleast slightly satisfied if the dentist spent the correct amount of time, came on time or the staff were atleast friendly but this is too much to ask for a service you’re paying for surely. I would not go to this dentist EVER and recommend to avoid this dentist at all costs.
