A very friendly service and typically quick to respond with good information. However from a personal tax side, I had problems both years that I was with them, in that my taxes paid were incorrect or after the tax deadlines (they covered the late fees in this case), having had to recently pay the student finance that was missed for 2 years, from the tax, as well as some HMRC adjustments. I recently tried to get in touch to query this and have had no response in weeks. I feel like I'm an isolated case, having looked at the reviews, but I would air some caution.
