Hopeless. We found two very unwell baby rabbits who needed urgent attention but no-one answers the RSPCA phone. In desperation took bunnies to a veterinary practice who kindly took them in. Left them with a donation for their treatment, and left wondering why I donate occasionally to RSPCA!
