Went to view the kittens and came away with this gorgeous boy. The staff really care about the animals in their care and are thorough throughout the process.

We travelled to Aylesbury from south Hertfordshire to see dogs for adoption. We looked at the website and at the animals available before we set out on our 50 mile round trip. There was no mention that the kennels were closed to the public. I also believe that the details published about the references the RSPCA have for guidance could be more definite. I do not believe that the ability of the adopter to manage a n animal can be decided by a quick once over View of the application form.

My cat masie that I got from here hid underneath the sofa for day light hours before we got an air freshener (Feliway) that only cats can smell that is garenteed to calm her down Either way I would recommend this site

We was interesting in adopting a dog from here, everything was going well, came and spent time with the dog on 3 different occasions, gave us the impression he could come home soon until the woman who came and done the home check. She was rude, didn’t fill in the form properly whilst she was with me, she also went back to the centre and told them a pack of lies, making us look like we aren’t capable of looking after a dog when we’ve had several dogs in the past. I rang and told them the actual story that I told the home checker and they wasn’t interested. Due to a woman lying about our home our application for this dog has been terminated. I find it unfair that one person has the judge on whether you are suitable for a dog or not. We are clearly suitable for a dog and would provide more than everything a dog needs.

Firstly it's the RSPCA, so any purchase goes to help rescue animals which is important. With that said it's nice to come and see the cats, dogs and whatever other animals need rehoming. Great staff, good animal welfare standards and good information on each animal.

This place is amazing We have got our 3 cats from here and each one is an amazing pet to have We are currently looking at rejoining their cavalier King Charles and they have been very helpful whilst we wait for the dog to go through it’s court case I have also noticed some people are complaining about the workers saying they could not give any info about the animals which are not available for rejoining yet and all I can say is this is because the animals will currently be under treatment or in a court case which means legally they are not allowed to give out info about the animals
