Lovely facility looking after animals. They take great care of the patients! Ensure they are healthy before going back into the wild.

Dropped off some orphaned field mice which we found while out walking at Burnham Overy Staithe. Very helpful and friendly staff; welcoming.

What else can you say - this is an amazing place, staffed by amazing people - there to help our beleaguered wildlife.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We took a bat in with a broken wing. Sadly it didn't make it. It was really good to be able to find out the outcome, albeit a sad one.

Shame on those who critised phone service; maybe staff were attending to the animals in their care? Their opening hours are quite extensive as I found out today (Sunday 8.30am- 10pm!). I took in a young hedgehog who was having difficulty breathing. I was very, very impressed with the Customer Service and the tender care shown to the hedgehog. Amazing place run with the help of volunteers.

A young (gray seal) friend is being helped back to health by these fine people. My self, and my Staffy friend seem to stumble on a few wild people in need of help from these good people (we always donate)... Keep up the good work...
