I ordered Sofia corner sofa from Rubeza. They told me it was not in stock now and I need to wait a few weeks. But i requested for changes to my order with another sofa and they immediately made a change and they delivered the new corner sofa within 5 days. Customer service was great. They were patient with my request and also attentive, friendly and helpful whenever I called.

Seriously in needs of someone to take ownership of customer experience and communications. Ordered a corner/chaise sofa and they delivered the 2 wrong parts but told us they would take one away and deliver the correct one next week. The next week, 2 guys turned up saying they were here to collect are 1 part instead of delivering the other part and that the whole sofa would take another 12 weeks to come (had already waited over 12 weeks). After 4 conversations with different staff who all said they would ask their manager and come back to us but never did, we eventually got through to management. First they said they would give us a temp sofa while we waited and a partial refund. Then they demanded the refund money back as our sofa was suddenly available. They then delivered the new part with the other part they'd taken away previously which was clearly not wrapped properly and was now scuffed and damaged. We asked for a new part and they refused but picked up the sofa and gave us a refund. Massive waste of time and energy and one of the delivery guys was very creepy, inappropriate and made my partner feel uncomfortable. Sofa was ok but a bit underwhelming when it arrived but their service and lack of common sense made us never want to deal with these guys again.

Absolutely Terrible!! We ordered a Marble top double sink unit, granted it arrived within a week (early October) but the marble top was chipped! Called them, they sent a replacement two weeks later , again it was damaged much worse than the first one! They then sent us a third a few weeks later, again damaged! Actually could not believe it, due to us running out of time we asked them to deliver the first one back to us as this was the least damaged! They delivered it with no splash back, called them up the owner almost blamed us for all this! The delivery drivers agreed it was terrible of the company! They then delivered us a splashback (also marble) and it arrived in 3 pieces!! I had to laugh or I'd of cried! They then said they have two more left in stock (or we have to wait 20 weeks!) Meanwhile our plumber is ready to fit our bathroom! The two they had left we're also damaged, chipped and scratched! We had to accept the best of the lot, never ever again would I order from these. Every single item damaged, which is terrible for a 1,650 unit!! They promise 100% customer satisfaction and Luxury! They are having a laugh - to avoid the same situation I'd order else where. An ex employee has told us that they have over 50 complaints per week over damaged stock! Absolutely terrible!!

Amazing! We ordered our new sofa and chair on the 2nd of January and the estimated delivery time was 8-16 weeks. After 2 weeks we received an email to inform us that the items were now in stock and would be delivered the following day. Very quick efficient service, the delivery guys were great too. We would highly reccomend Rubeza.. The sofas are fantastic
